Camp Cost and Registration:
Pricing is special for 2020 camp season.
Notice: As of 2018, full payment with camper registration form is due in advance for early registration. Refunds are available with advance notice minus a $50 fee.
- $110/camper if received before June 8th
- $135/camper if received after June 8th
*Supporting Church discount for churches with a minimum support of $50/month to HHBC.
- $130/camper if received before June 8th.
- $155/camper if received after June 8th.

- Save by being a monthly Supporting Church.
- Save be registering and paying before June 8th.
Cost is $75 per adult sponsor. Please limit sponsors to necessary attendance. Registration and advance payment is required. Sponsors may stay in separate lodging on a first-come, first-served basis or may stay with their campers. Sponsors are not required but welcomed.
Changes to Registration and Pick-Up Times
Registration @ 6pm ends @ 6:30pm – Your camp week will determine Sunday or Wednesday, but registration will be between 6pm – 6:30pm.
Please arrive @ 6pm sharp.
Pick-Up @ 10am – Your camp week will determine Wednesday or Saturday, but pick-up will be promptly @ 10am.
How to Sign Your Church/Campers Up
- Reserve your Church’s place using the Reservation button below. (one per church per week) There is no cost. Base your numbers on last year’s attendance.
- Download Camper Registration Form to copy and distribute (one per camper is required), and a Sponsor Registration Sheet (one per sponsor or couple is required).
- Note requirements for Early Registration are submission of registration and full payment before June 8th.
- Collect payments, Camper Registration Forms and Sponsor Forms from individuals and mail in by the early deadline.
- Bring remaining Camper/Sponsor Forms, and any remaining payments with you to camp.
COVID-19 REFUND POLICY FOR 2020
- All Registrations are due June 8th.
- You will be fully refunded if Hoosier Hills cancels your paid event.
- If you need to cancel more than two weeks before your paid event then you will be refunded all but $50/person.
- If you need to cancel within two weeks of your paid event then you will not be eligible for a refund.
